Here's a playlist for the 1 minute long pre-recorded announcement (PRA) for our new time-slot. This is the "dub" version without the vocals (add your own and send them in to us for airplay). It was fun to make and took entirely too much time. We're practicing up for our big electronica show, with live scratch-mixing of thrift-store polka vinyl. Should be great fun.
Moving away from Friday is quite good for us because it lets Rowan play Friday shows with His Creaking Planks and Joey Only Outlaw Band, and others, and it lets us bring other musicians into the show who might have paying gigs on Friday. We hope it'll let us better promote weekend shows, and maybe even go to them! So, we're quite happy. Enjoy the double-shows this week for the transition!
This episode's cover is: If you google "Electronic Accordion," you get… the Bavarian Steinswingers! Wow, how can we pass that up? Let them welcome us to our new time!
